BizTicket.co.za is an online support ticketing system that allows customers to submit enquiries for a specific product, company or department and then follow-up the progress on your enquiry by providing you with an access key. How to submit a ticket

1. Logon to www.bizticket.co.za
2. Click the Support / Enquiries link in the top menu OR click here: http://www.bizticket.co.za/scripts/ttx.cgi?cmd=newticket&sid=&style=
3. Complete the form and remember to choose the appropriate company / department from the drop-down menu.
    Insert up to 3 attachments if necessary and click the submit button. Remember to include as much detail as possible in your enquiry.
4. An access key will be emailed to you once you have submitted a ticket. You will need this key to follow-up the progress of your enquiry.

How to follow-up on an open ticket

1. Logon to www.bizticket.co.za
2. Click the ticket status link in the top menu or click here: http://www.bizticket.co.za/scripts/ttx.cgi?cmd=ticket&sid=&style=
3. Insert the access key in the access key field. If you have lost your access key, use the email address you submitted the enquiry with to
    send yourself a new access key.

Who is the login link for?

The login link is only for the operators of the different companies or departments. Customers will not be able to login to the BizTicket system.
